Deacribtion  -The pressurized quantitative type (volumetric type) measuring piece is a direct pressure type.Depending on the type of connecting thread, -The pressure oil delivered by the lubrication pump pushes the piston built in the metering member to force the discharge of the quantitative oil ; -When the lubrication pump stops working, the measuring piece is reset by the spring force, the metering and storing the quantitative oil. -The oil discharge is accurate. The metering parts are only drained once in a single oil supply cycle, and the distance between the two in the lubrication system is far, near, high, and low. The horizontal or vertical installation has no effect on the displacement of the measuring parts. -Forced to drain oil, sensitive action. Two seals are used to prevent the discharged oil from flowing back. The pressure oil gradually pushes the piston E to the end of the upper cavity. At this time, the last oil stored in the upper cavity H is also drained at the same time, and the system pressure rises and gradually reaches the rated working pressure. When the oil pump stops supplying oil (the motor stops working), its solenoid valve stops working synchronously and opens the oil return channel. Make the pressure oil in the main oil pipe return to the oil storage cylinder through the pressure relief valve ( pressure relief). At this time, the system pressure drops, the metering piston E starts to recover under the force of the spring C, and the umbrella valve B is due to the pressure difference and move down to seal the metering piece oil inlet A. Under the dual action of the spring C and the partial vacuum generated by the movement of the piston, the oil stored in the lower cavity G is replenished to the upper cavity H through the central hole D of the core rod, that is, the next oil supply is also ready.
