The working principle
●The lubricant oil delivered under pressure from the oil pump causes the umbrella valve in the metering piece to move upward.
●After closing the center hole of the piston rod, the piston is forced to overcome the spring force and start to rise, and the oil originally stored in the upper cavity is discharged out. When the piston moves to the top of the upper chamber, the oil drain is completed at the same time.
●When the oil pump stops working, its pressure relief valve opens by itself, so that the pressure oil in the main oil pipe is relieved by the pressure relief valve. The piston in the metering piece starts to recover under the action of the spring. When the umbrella valve returns to the original sealing the reset port and the metering piece enters Oil port, the piston presses the oil stored in the lower cavity to the upper cavity through the small hole of the piston rod to prepare for the next oil supply.
The system must be operated intermittently and the associated lubrication pump must have an unloading function.
The lubrication pump has a working cycle, the measuring parts only make oil once, and the distance between the measuring parts is far, near, high, low, horizontal or verticalhas no influence for oil outlet.
